The college football landscape is still changing, but soon we’ll know how it will bear out with the College Football Playoff rankings coming out this week.
In the meantime, ESPN has released its latest power rankings after Week 9.
There were some big games this past week, including a top 10 matchup where No. 8 Michigan State took down No. 6 Michigan at home, handing the Wolverines their first loss. Ohio State gave Penn State a third loss of the season and Georgia eviscerated what was once thought of as a stellar Florida team.
With that in mind, here is how ESPN sees the state of college football through nine weeks.
