Defense has been the story of the first half as the Los Angeles Rams and Seattle Seahawks battle for a shot at the NFC West crown. No touchdowns have been scored in the opening 30 minutes, with the Rams cashing in on 44 and 51-yard field goals from Matt Gay to score their six points. Jacob Myers -- who has made 33 consecutive field goals -- drilled 45 and 49-yard field goals to get the Seahawks on the board in the second quarter. Neither team has been in the red zone in this game.
Both Russell Wilson and Jared Goff had their opportunities for big plays downfield, but have missed on a few throws to put their teams in field goal position. Wilson is 9 for 16 for 77 yards while Goff is 14 of 24 for 123 yards and an interception. Wilson has been sacked three times in the first half, twice by Leonard Floyd.
